  2. Industry type (SIC\/ NAICS code)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Production levels, units and dollars, operating hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. A one year history of utility bills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    STEP 2: Ensure that key plant personnel are involved<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. Plant manger<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Energy manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Environmental personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Maintenance personnel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      STEP 3: Pre-Assessment Analysis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1. Analyze the manufacturing process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Chart and graph utility bills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Analyze utility bills for trends and errors; establish unit cost of energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Review design and other technical documentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Develop Assessment Day Strategy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        STEP 4: Day of the Assessment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        2. Description of manufacturing process and operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Plant Tour<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Meeting room debriefing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Review notes and brainstorm (Lunch)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Refine list of opportunities to be investigated<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. Data Gathering<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        8. Exit Interview<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          STEP 5: Post Assessment Activities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          2. Contents of an ITAC Report\n

            • Follow-up to Report\n

              • Call client in two weeks to ensure delivery and answer questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Call client in 6-9 months for implementation data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
